Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any service offered by WonderMaple Inc. ("EduviXor", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website at www.eduvixor.com or by purchasing or using any of our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WonderMaple Inc., a corporation registered in Canada operating under the brand name & registered trademark EduviXor. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our website, reports, consultation sessions, or any other service we provide.
If you are purchasing services on behalf of a minor (a person under 18 years of age), you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and that you accept these Terms on their behalf as well as your own.
By completing a purchase, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (CPA), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000 (Ontario).
EduviXor provides education consultation and academic planning services in English, including but not limited to:
EduviXor operates as a client-paid, conflict-free advisory service. We only accept commissions or referral fees from schools or institutions with clients' consent. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable advance notice.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age (or a parent/legal guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor), provide accurate and complete information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, use our services solely for lawful personal purposes, and cooperate with assigned consultants in a timely manner.
You agree not to misrepresent your or your child's academic credentials, test scores, or other information provided to us or to any institution. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
All Reports generated and Consultations will be conducted in English. Translation could be available for consultation session upon request.
All fees are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Alipay, and WeChat Pay - all processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
Instalment Plans: Instalment payment options may be available for selective Premium and Elite packages. Availability, schedule, and terms will be confirmed in writing at time of purchase. Failure to complete scheduled instalments may result in suspension of services until payment is brought current.
Fees are due at the time of purchase unless an instalment plan has been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; changes will not affect services already paid for.
Career Insight Report: If you are not satisfied with your Career Insight Report, we will revise it once at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with specific written feedback. After the revision has been delivered, the report fee is non-refundable.
Consultation Packages:
Important Notice: EduviXor provides academic planning and consultation services to help students present their strongest possible profile. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any school, college, university, or program. Admission decisions are made solely at the discretion of each institution. Past outcomes for other students do not guarantee similar results.
Our consultants will provide their professional judgment and best efforts on your behalf. Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including institutional policies, competition and changes in admission requirements. You acknowledge and accept this inherent uncertainty as a condition of engaging our services.
Some of our deliverables, including the Career Insight Report incorporate AI-assisted analysis and content generation as part of our hybrid human + AI consultation model. AI-generated content is reviewed, refined, and approved by a qualified eduviXor consultant before delivery.
AI tools are used to enhance the depth and efficiency of our analysis; they do not replace the professional judgment of our consultants. EduviXor remains responsible for the quality and accuracy of all final deliverables. AI-generated analysis is probabilistic in nature and should not be construed as a guarantee, professional assessment or binding recommendation.
All reports, roadmaps, templates, worksheets, frameworks, methodologies, website content, and other materials produced or provided by EduviXor are the exclusive intellectual property of WonderMaple Inc., protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your personalised deliverables for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our materials without written permission; use our reports commercially or for resale; or remove any copyright notices or branding from our materials.
We take the privacy of our clients seriously. Any personal information you provide — including student academic records, test scores, personal statements, and family circumstances — will be held in strict confidence and used solely to provide the agreed services. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties except with your explicit written consent, to partner institutions when you have authorised us to submit your application, as required by law, or to our service providers under equivalent data-protection agreements.
Our collection and use of personal information complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario privacy legislation. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, EduviXor and WonderMaple Inc. disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
Our website and reports may contain links to third-party websites or references to partner institutions provided for informational purposes only. EduviXor does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Inclusion of a school or institution in our partner network does not constitute a guarantee of admission, scholarship, or any other outcome. Partner relationships may change without notice.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for the resolution of any legal dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.
We encourage clients to contact us directly at [email protected] if any concern arises. We are committed to resolving disputes in good faith and in a timely manner. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 calendar days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through mediation with a mutually agreed mediator, the Ontario Small Claims Court (for eligible claims), or the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
WonderMaple Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, post a notice on our website, and/or send an email to registered clients. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
